Toyota Trailhunter x HUF: Taking Automotive Culture Off-Road

We brought Toyota and HUF together for a culturally relevant lifestyle collaboration celebrating the debut of Trailhunter, the purpose-built, off-road-ready Toyota sub-brand. The Toyota Trailhunter x HUF collection masterfully fused Toyota’s legacy of durability with Trailhunter's promise of overlanding capability with 15 fashion-forward pieces designed for outdoor enthusiasts, available exclusively on Huf.com and at Zumiez stores nationwide. The campaign centered on live action social content featuring iconic skateboarder Karl Watson disconnecting from the daily chaos of Los Angeles and into the sanctity and beauty of California’s National Parks behind the wheel of a 1-of-1 Trailhunter edition Toyota 4Runner. This storytelling attracted overlanding enthusiasts, resulting in a total sell-out of the collection, and showcasing how intentional brand partnerships can authentically engage new consumer segments.
