Luxury Meets Legacy for DIOR and The World of Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar Collaboration

The world of high fashion and beloved children's literature have come together in one of the most talked-about collaborations of the season. The World of Eric Carle and iconic French luxury house Christian Dior have officially launched The Very Hungry Caterpillar capsule collection, a stunning line of 23 luxury pieces spanning accessories, apparel, and footwear for men, women, and children.

Drawing from Eric Carle's instantly recognizable collage artwork and the story's timeless themes of transformation and wonder, DIOR has extended its coveted Book Totes, handbags, key chains, and select apparel with the spirit of The Very Hungry Caterpillar woven throughout. The collection is available now in Dior boutiques worldwide and online atdior.com, with additional pieces launching in June.

The buzz began building well before launch with Dior’s Creative Director Jonathan Anderson teasing the collaboration multiple times on Instagram and Macaulay Culkin wearing a playful Very Hungry Caterpillar sweater during Paris Fashion Week. The partnership was also featured in License Global timed to Licensing Expo, underscoring the industry significance of the deal.
