Modelo and huf Team Up With The Perez Bros For ComplexCon 2026

Modelo®, huf, and The Perez Bros recently came together for a collaboration rooted in art, streetwear, and lowrider culture, brokered by The Joester Loria Group as Modelo’s brand licensing agency. The new collection made its debut at ComplexCon on October 3 and 4, featuring The Perez Bros’ original artwork across ComplexCon-exclusive hoodies, tees, and limited-edition signed art prints. The lineup also included a Modelo® x huf sock packaged in a custom can and a cruiser deck finished with gold foil detailing.

The artists behind the artwork, identical twins Alejandro and Vicente Perez, were born and raised in South Gate, California. They have spent years documenting and painting the lowrider culture that shaped their hometown. Their work spans photography, painting, and murals, capturing the people, cars, and details that define LA car culture and community through a distinctly local perspective.

To celebrate the debut, The Perez Bros also created a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted lowrider-style paleta cart made specifically for the event. Modelo® 's ComplexCon booth showcased the collection and hosted a meet and greet with the artists. Filmmaker Tyler Smolinski captured the making of the cart in a video that follows the twins through their process and shows the connection to the culture behind their work.
